Which recipes do I publish?
Frankly, I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian. I cook dishes with poultry and seafood. However, we avoid eating cow’s milk, pork, beef, and refined products. I don’t use them in my recipes. Ever.
Besides, you’ll notice I cut down on gluten and sugar everywhere possible, replacing them with healthier alternatives. And since we live in Thailand, we eat a lot of green vegetables, fruits, and seafood.
How did this blog appear?
Back in 2015, after the birth of my second child, I became concerned with what my children were eating and how healthy we were. And to be honest, my husband and I suffered from being overweight.
The first step towards healthy eating was the elimination of cow’s milk, refined oils, and fatty meat from our diet. I ceased frying food with oil and butter, and prefer to bake or stew it instead.
As a result, I was able to get into my wedding dress again after 10 years of marriage!
We started working out daily, and my husband Alex, who suffered from asthma all his life, started jogging and ran 3 miles a day.
Immensely inspired, I was looking for healthy, tasty, and original dishes. And, of course, I took photos of them.
With a large collection of photos and recipes at my disposal, I decided to create my own blog. I keep preparing new dishes regularly, and I am sure you will like them as well!
